The different configurations allow the creation, through a coupling and folding system, of PAPER and CARDBOARD trays with sizes up to 250x250mm or up to 350x350mm.
Not only the push of the market in seeking more and more innovative green solutions, but above all the close collaboration between DCM, the paper converting companies and IMA, world leader in the design and production of automatic machines for the processing and packaging of products for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sectors, led to the development of the new BRAVA family.
Supported by the experience in the world of dispensing and transporting products of the German company Kraus we represent, we have studied a new revolutionary concept together with IMA.
The IMA lines are able to easily manipulate and move the paper trays we process and use them as a support for containers such as vials, bottles or syringes.
To complete the IMA line, there is the cartoning phase which ends the packaging cycle, making available a high-value and environmentally sustainable product.
