Collection and stacking unit in ordered bundles of pre-folded illustrative elevations in quartino, sestino, eighth and twelfth.
The solution is available in the 600mm feed lights to match the FA 54 series bending lines and in the 800mm gap in the case of the FA 74 combination.
The products processed in multiple, normally 3 or 4 layings, are pressed by two powerful calendering rollers and then stacked in ordered bundles for easy and ergonomic collection by the operator.
Through the presence of a pneumatic rejection system, the system allows the homogeneous counting of the bundles themselves.
The models allow complete integration with the rest of the line thanks to remote controls.
The particular pressing system made by Guk allows to obtain products without wrinkles and air inside them and also not electrostatically charged, consequently guaranteeing the creation of a product of impeccable quality and with a high degree of machinability.
