Universal features a Rotatek patented interchangeable lightweight compensated sleeve system.
The sleeve technology offers unbeatable ease and simplicity in changing multiple formats; while the job change simply requires the removal of the sleeves, which avoids breaking the material.
The Universal machine is fully automatic as regards the inking, registration and tension control system.
From the pre-press pdf to the central computer, the machine file automatically sets the color curves in the automatic ink jets of the various printing units.
The markings controlled by the automatic register are connected to the servomotors of the machine, which guarantees a totally automatic preparation in a few minutes, giving a wonderful result with the minimum waste of material.
